This site is an umbrella over the various interests and activities of GTSU Consulting, which is currently focused on developing St. John's University of Tanzania (SJUT). Dr. Ham, the principal of GTSU, joined the SJUT project team at the start of 2007, taking on the role of Deputy Vice Chancellor responsible for the non-academic activities of the University, such as Planning, Finance and Administration. Over the course of time, he became more involved in teaching Mathematics. Finally, in November 2012, shortly after the start of the University's 5th Academic Year, he stepped down from DVCPFA to focus entirely on Mathematics, with the eye on establishing a foundation for computing and engineering programs. That will take time, but the work will allow a return to consulting and systems integration for industrial automation, process control, modeling, simulation and optimization.
